At Eureka Ergonomic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workspace setup. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack all components, hardware, and manuals into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
